As I had space in this newsletter, I cover more ground—why and when an angel manifests physically; angels on Earth; suicides; and souls, oversouls and arch angels. All this will be in a book one day if I can ever finish the book on Atlantis and Lemuria, which I have gotten behind on compiling. I may send out another Bonus Newsletter this weekend if I have time. And a quick explanation for my new subscribers--Theo is my own Guardian Angel (GA) with whom I communicate in meditation, along with Gaia, the Soul of the Earth, and my soul “cluster” brother, Antura, (and a few others). Generally, I’ll ask Gaia the Earth questions and Theo about our lives. Now for some interesting topics of the week that YOU requested, and which will give you a DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE: EBOLA AND OTHER PLAGUES Jim writes from Florida: Gaia has stated on several occasions that she was going to reduce the population. Is this Ebola outbreak one of the techniques she is using? Gaia, is the Ebola virus one of your main methods of reducing the world population or just one of the minor ones? No, Tom. It will be one of what I would term minor ways. The Ebola virus will continue to spread, but at a slower rate soon. What will be the death toll, over 10,000? Yes, Tom. More on the order of 20,000 to 30,000, but not too much more. It will not be at the 100,000 level that you were going to ask. Wars, especially in the Middle East, will still continue to take the greatest toll in reducing your population, along with earthquakes, tsunamis and other violent weather phenomena. People will also have fewer children in the future, Tom, so that will help lower the population. As you can see, there are many things that will contribute to lowering the level of population. There are many souls on Earth right now, Tom, who have soul contracts not to live long lives. They are younger souls with various needs to exit as part of their soul contracts. Gaia, what will be the total number of Ebola cases in the United States—under 100? Quite so Tom.  You will be able to count them on both hands, as they will be quickly quarantined.  I understand that people in your area are quite fearful of the virus spreading, and yes there may be one or two more people infected, but that will be it for your region.  The rest will come from other parts of the country, primarily at the entry points of flights from West Africa, or Americans who are infected while taking care of patients in those countries. Question from Heiko. Does 100ppm silver water cure or help control the Ebola virus? No Tom.  It is ineffective.  My advice is to not waste time there, as there are other treatments will reverse or control this virus. Can it be transmitted in air or on surfaces? Yes, as an example if someone sneezes directly at a person, and it is already known that the virus can live for a short time on the surfaces where bodily fluids have landed.  These questions came from Diane. Was Ebola and aids created in a lab? No Tom, that is a false story being circulated to cause fear. Gaia, where did the new illness for children originate? Yes, it was a combination of viruses, Tom. There will be some deaths, but not too many as this illness has been mostly affecting children in the United States. Are any plagues on the way for the world? No, Tom. None that will wipe out whole populations. ALASKA GETTING WARMER OR COLDER? Gaia, will Alaska become warmer over the next several years, or will it stay about the same, or will it be colder? No, Tom, a warming trend will set in. It will not be part of the mini ice age we have discussed. It will see a gradual change with less snow in the winter, but violent storms in the summer as the weather systems will be quite active; the waters off the coast of Alaska will be warmer as the ocean level rises. IS ADD AND ADHD ON THE RISE? JK writes: My son grew up with ADD. Several of my grandchildren also have this or ADHD. In talking with friends and reading articles on this, I see it is on the rise. Can Gaia tell us what is causing this and how we can deter it? Sure would love to know. Thanks so much for all you are doing, Tom. Gaia, is ADD and ADHD on the rise and if so why? Yes, Tom, it is the chemicals your children are ingesting these days, which in combination do cause ADD and ADHD. Parents must learn to put more natural foods on the table both at home, and when they are out and about with their children, Tom. The fast food restaurants are just loaded with chemicals, which in combination do affect the health of your children on many levels. So my advice for those who will accept it: 1.    Buy organic foods whenever possible. 2.    Avoid fast food restaurants. Go to a proper restaurant that has lunch specials with higher quality food and none of these preservatives. 3.    Provide your children with more vitamins. Take an active role in learning about vitamins and which ones would be best for your children to take. You’ll find it will be several. Be proactive. MORE QUESTIONS ON ATLANTIS & MU One of these days I will reach a stopping point on questions for this book, but I still have a number of questions to cover from readers, so please be patient. Theo, did the Atlanteans and Lemurians have vacation times as we do in modern times? Quite so, Tom, as keep in mind both societies were sophisticated shall we say. They would take time away from work just as is done today and they would travel. Could I assume that beach resorts were quite popular? Yes, Tom. Beaches, mountain resorts—all the normal pursuits. And, I might add, the vacations typically were longer than today. Were the children of that day and time treated to bedtime stories? Of course. Raising children was a normal activity. Did women love to shop back then as much as they do now? Certainly, that is one thing that does not change, Tom. The majority of women enjoyed shopping for clothes and jewelry just as is done today. Did both societies have birth control? Yes, both had learned how to control births, as you were told before that the families were smaller than today. Typically, there were one to two children. Rarely would the family be larger, and that would be because of twins. Theo, generally at what age did children leave home in Atlantis and Lemuria. It certainly varied over the ages, Tom, as you can imagine life was harder in the earlier years, so let’s jump forward to the later years. On average, they still left home a little earlier than these days, as schooling wasn’t so long, since they had devices to assist the children in learning in Atlantis. In Lemuria, their schooling wasn’t so technologically advanced, but still the children finished their schooling at an earlier age. Didn’t both the Atlanteans and Lemurians marry on average at a younger age? Yes, it depended upon the beliefs, which of course changed over thousands of years, Tom. Still marriages on average were at a younger age especially in the latter years as there were wars and constant conflicts between either religious factions in Atlantis, or countries as it was in Lemuria. You can look back at World War II and history records many young men and women who married seemingly impulsively, but of course, those were soul contracts for brief unions if the young men did not come back from the war. Did the Atlanteans and Lemurians have abortions? Yes, again according to belief systems. But these were much more rare and it was done more for health reasons than for lack of wanting a child. Their birth control methods were much better at that time. They had methods of not fertilizing the eggs until a woman wished to have children. Diane writes: Did the women in both places sew, knit and crochet or something similar to this? Theo, did the Atlantean and Lemurian women crochet, knit and sew? Oh yes, Tom. These skills are quite ancient, dating back to the days when the Adam and Eve models were first introduced and they still had memories of where they came from. They had to wear some type of garments in the colder weather, so they were instructed on putting skins together. Then, over thousands of years as they learned about yarn, etc., they learned how to join them together. They had great artisans in these techniques just as you have today. You could say there is nothing new under the sun, Tom, as once these skills were learned, on a soul level they were retained and used in more modern times, or were passed down through generations. It was just not recorded because men did not think such things were important enough to write about—it was women’s work. MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA For my new readers, Antura is a member of my soul group or “cluster” as Theo calls it. My last life with him on Earth was when he helped with the emigration of my “flock” from Atlantis to Egypt. He’s had 800 lives on Earth, but is back on our home water planet in the Sirius B Solar System having a life as an explorer and member of a “first contact” team who reaches out to evolving societies across the universe. I have asked him hundreds of questions in my book FIRST CONTACT: Conversations with an ET. Here are more. Antura, do any of the planets in the Sirius B Solar System have more water beings than does your planet? Yes, Tom, there is one that has more water life—marine life—than my planet does. Is that planet larger, smaller or the same size? About the same size, Tom, but perhaps just a little larger. My soul group considered that planet, but it was already filled with an intelligent water being where our planet was not, so we would not interfere. I assume that there is one or more planets in the Sirius B system that have a larger land population than does your planet? Quite so. Easily double the number of land-based beings. Antura, Lyssa Royal Holt wrote in the Sedona Journal of Emergence about her experience near Mount Fuji in Japan and going into a strong energy field with a Sirian. Can you explain what that was, and why didn’t he or she just use their energy shield to protect, but also the same with her? Good question, Tom. She wanted to feel contact with the ET, so this “person,” I will call him, allowed her to feel a force field around him. When I see you, there will be no such feelings as we will all be in those energy suits. In her case, it was to demonstrate beyond a shadow of a doubt that she was having an encounter of the third kind shall we call it. As long as she has been in contact with Sasha, why not allow her to have a full face-to-face contact with Sasha, as she calls her, who I understand is a Pleiadian? It’s complicated, Tom, but it’s all part of introducing ourselves in a most gentle way as we can. There are thousands of people who read that article, or who follow her from the books she has written and her website, so it was agreed that until the big introduction publicly next year with the Russians, there could not be a face-to-face, sit down meeting, shall we say, at this time. Lyssa has some preconceived ideas about ETs so we tend to stay within those boundaries. As you can see, it’s complicated. Was the being she encountered from a Sirius B planet? Yes, he was. He was asked to take part in the encounter by Sasha, and was happy to oblige. MBO TO FIND LOST RING Elsie writes: Once again, thank you for the work that you are doing that is helping so many persons, myself included. I told myself that if /when this MBO worked, I would send the story to you. My wedding ring is a special reminder of my husband who died in March 2011 and I wore it all the time. Alas, I have lost a lot of weight since then and several weeks ago it slipped off my finger without my being aware of the loss. I searched all over, said my MBOs (many), but wondered if it had slipped down the drain in the kitchen. I still harbored the hope that the MBO would work and that some day I would find it. That day was last night when my nephew found it lodged behind the cushions of a sofa. I am SO thankful and immediately said fervent thanks to the MBO angels and my personal guardian angel and to my husband. If you use this story, I hope it will help those who are still slightly unsure of the value of MBOs. I personally cannot do without them. Thank you again for introducing them to us. MBO TO SLOW DOWN LAVA FLOW Ann in Hawaii writes: I just learned about MBOs maybe three weeks ago. I said one for the lava flow in Puna on the Big Island of Hawaii. It was threatening homes and roads. The advancement has dramatically slowed. Mahalos, Tom! Gaia says she will answer requests like these and for changing weather conditions as part of our learning experience on Earth. You just have to ask. KIDNEY DISEASE Kathy in California writes: Hello, could you ask Theo what having kidney disease is all about? I was diagnosed in 2003; just curious as to why this seems to be a big problem lately with lots of people having issues with kidney function. Theo, what can you tell us about kidney disease? It’s one of those diseases that is quite old, Tom. It is one of the more common ways to transition, along with heart disease. Why would a person experience it if they actually recover? There are many individual reasons here, Tom, and I don’t want to avoid the question, but simply say that your soul wants the experience, but has other plans for the future. It is all soul choice. Don’t forget the person’s caregivers, and all the people – doctors, nurses, etc. – who play a part in the person’s treatment. What about past life issues? Yes, there can be those, Tom, where someone took a life by injuring someone’s kidney. That will balance that life. DARK ENERGY Dave writes: Tom, I have gone back and read some of the newsletters regarding this, and I was wondering if you could help clear this up. Kryon says all of the “dark energy” surrounding the idea of evil spirits and demon possession is in reality created by human consciousness. It is not Spiritual or from Spirit at all. Does Theo concur? Just wondering. I am having a discussion with my nephew about the “devil” and wanted to verify before I shared. Thanks for all you do. Theo, is dark energy created by humans or is it presented by lower level spirits? Here is a complicated subject, Tom, as dark energy is created not only by humans but there are those lower level soul fragments and, yes, even souls than can be of a dark energy as we have discussed before. That is why we always encourage you to surround yourself in white light and request MBOs. You can have very dark soul fragments walking around that are killers and other perpetrators and it’s good to protect yourself from leaches. CAN COMPUTER CHANGE CONSCIOUSNESS Nancy writes: I am wondering if a software program called Aquaware by Peter Schenk can actually change consciousness. It is supposed to release sabotaging beliefs by restructuring water through this program while an individual places an intention on any of about 500 different intentions producing healings, changes, etc., for that person. If this can be done, why couldn’t we just place an intention on water to change our own consciousness? Also, I just wonder how computer programs could actually change consciousness of a person or a situation???? Would you please address this to the appropriate lovely being? See: http://tinyurl.com/ortpmk7 Theo, can computer programs change consciousness? Not in the way the person asked this question, Tom. Certainly you can “zone out” while being on a computer, but the jury is out, shall we say, on what effect a computer can have on consciousness. That is an artificial way to try and shift your consciousness, and the best way is to meditate. Certainly there can be assistance, such as the CDs and MP3s that your friend Richard Sutphen offers to assist in the meditation, but, again, not in the way the question was asked. Can we use water to change consciousness? Water does have a soothing effect that can assist you in changing consciousness and entering into a meditative state. Even sitting in a pool of water can alter your consciousness. BONUS SECTION As I have a little space this time, here is another Bonus Section from back in 2009 or so. WHEN AN ANGEL APPEARS PHYSICALLY Theo, what are the rules for a guardian angel to manifest physically? Obviously, as you have seen, it happens in times of great crisis. If a person has a contract to live for a number of years, but there is a life-threatening event, the guardian angel will know about this potential before birth time and will have its alarm clock set for that day, so to speak. The guardian angel makes a quick appearance—keeping in mind that we are all whole souls so this creation of a physical body, if needed, is not a big thing for us. Then we jump back to the other side of the veil. The guardian angel knows exactly what to do because this moment was known about in advance, so there was no fretting and taking time to ponder the possibilities. When a guardian angel does make an appearance, does the guardian angel just choose a form that works then or does the guardian angel choose a form from one of that person’s past lives? An interesting question and, as you can imagine, it has a number of answers. First, normally the forms chosen are of the guardian angel’s choice in order to fit the situation, but yes there are times when the guardian angel feels that that person will be in a heightened state of awareness, and will recognize someone on a subliminal level from a past life and will feel more comfortable about this appearance out of nowhere so to speak. As I mentioned before, this is a very complex event and has as many answers. What was the longest period of time that you had to manifest physically in order to assist someone by saving his or her life, I assume? Yes, your assumption is correct. Let’s see, the longest time I was embodied was approximately two hours. Yes, you received that correctly. I was needed by multiple souls similar to the story you have read about a doctor appearing at the scene of a train wreck and assisting people. We are allowed to do that not only for the souls we watch over, but in conjunction with or agreement of the souls who watch over other human beings. So that was the longest time. Was that in the past or future? Good question. Yes, it was the past for you. Since you have never been in physical form before taking on this service, didn’t it seem strange to you to be embodied when you had to be for 2 hours, or was that not that big a deal to you? Yes, it did feel strange, Tom, but it was necessary and I quickly did what I needed to do and then “poof,” I was gone. A soul has many more talents than you can ever imagine in a 3rd dimensional life. ANGELS ON EARTH Someone asked on a radio show that I appeared on recently if any angels are living a life on Earth. How should I answer that? You should say we are all angels. The Angelic realm is there to assist you, but from across the veil you created yourselves to take part in this wondrous experiment of having complete free will to choose to not follow the life you planned before birth. So, of course, angels can become physical should they wish, but it is only done to assist you in some crisis where your life is in danger. Should we decide to live an Earth life, we would prepare just as you have done and it will only be a part of us, just as you are a part of a large and powerful soul yourself. SUICIDES Theo—explain suicides for me—why do they happen? Is it part of their contract, etc.? Yes, suicides are a difficult subject, Tom. As you can imagine, there are innumerable different reasons why they happen. It can be a very new soul to earth that is just overwhelmed with life here—they took on too much in such an early life. So they opt out, so to speak. They take their own life because of the stress of their Earth lives. This, as you can imagine, causes them to incur karma that must be balanced in future lives as they must suffer what their loved ones in that life suffered when they took their own life. And they must be the ones also to comfort loved ones in a future life that have had the same loss when another loved one passes. All aspects of a suicide must be balanced. Then there are the times when a soul volunteers to take their own life through drug overdoses and such in order to give that experience to the families and loved ones and friends of that soul as a teaching experience. So you see, there are many, many reasons why a suicide can occur. It is an experience that the soul must have during one or more lifetimes in order to understand and learn and gain knowledge for the future. I’ve already explained to you before that a soul will have lives where it acts as the bad guy in your terms – someone who rapes, kills, steals, cheats and so on. Again, every soul that starts to have Earth lives must eventually experience every conceivable life there is with all of the human passions. (On another day) A lady asked me if someone requested a heavy pain medication for a relative with Dementia or Alzheimer’s that would cause death, if that would be considered assisted suicide and what karma would result? Yes, a complicated question, Tom, and perhaps a little difficult to explain today. If a person knows that the pain medication they are requesting would cause death, then yes, they are assisting that person in dying. But keep in mind that this could be a soul contract for this person to perform or make this request. It could have been already decided that when the soul is put in that position, at a certain point, this request for the pain medication be made. If it is a soul contract then there is no karma involved. This is or would be the case normally. If the person just wished to rid himself or herself of the responsibility and does not make the request out of love, then there would be karma that would have to be balanced in another life, or in a few cases the same life. So you see there can be many answers to the same set of circumstances. Yes, I see. And with that, this person asks, are we required to live our lives to the determined time of transition, no matter what the situation involves? Please remember to remind this person and all your readers that you do have specific soul contracts that require you to experience all passions, all pain and every experience that a person can have by the time you have finished all of your Earth lives. We have discussed suicides before and that this could be a soul contract in itself, so what would appear on the surface as an act of desperation might very well be the soul contract for that particular life. As I have said before, Tom, life is much more complicated than it seems on the surface. And it is tremendously more complex on the other side of the veil as you term it—way beyond the understanding that you can have in your current dimension. Someone else asked Theo if we instruct our families to take us off life support and/or to give us pills to pass on with Dementia or Alzheimer’s—is there any karma involved in this? Not really, Tom, as this was a choice long before the event. You do have choices you are allowed to make in each life, and if you choose to pass on in this manner it really doesn’t need to be balanced in another life in the same way. SOULS, OVERSOULS & ARCH ANGELS How many souls are there that were attracted to this creation to have lives on Earth? Several million, Tom. More than can be accommodated, but if they have the prerequisite accomplishments, they are given that opportunity eventually. Are there any souls that have just one or two lives for the experience and then are off to someplace else either in this universe or another? No, not really Tom. They have to stick around once they have a life since Karma is created even if the life is just as an infant that dies shortly after birth. It all must be balanced, so the souls understand that they must have every experience that a human can have in order to attain that level of knowledge and to raise their vibrations to the next level. OK, next question. What percentage of the souls having lives on Earth were created by the Creator of this universe? Much smaller than you might think, Tom. Under 2% shall we say. This was an opportunity for souls with many varied interests to have a chance to quickly raise their vibrations, so many souls were drawn to this creation. The Creator was pleased as he knew there would be great variety in the lives that would be led or lived on Earth. Then, what percentage of the souls that perform the service of Guardian Angels were created by this Creator? Again, minute. Less than one percent. We came from all over from many, many different Creators. Does that hold the same for the souls that handle prayers too? Yes, but they are a little higher in percentage—more on the order of 5% or so. So, to confirm, that is 5%? Yes, you are very close to the actual number, Tom. I read that master Kirael (through Kahu Fred Sterling) says that we have a higher self, then soul group and then oversoul. Is that how it is? In a simplified way, yes. So, what is a higher self? It is simply your connection to the group of souls and onto your oversoul, which is the main part of the soul. Why do we have chakras and what do these energy centers, I guess I‘ll call them, perform for our bodies? Good question, Tom. They are energy centers and allow these important organs in your body to perform the tasks that they are designed for. This energy must travel up and down your spine and feed these centers so that they in turn help these organs function. As you are not a scientist, it is a little difficult to describe, but you must have these energy centers or the organs would quickly atrophy and you would die. It is that simple. Theo, let’s return to higher self, soul groups and oversoul as you said in a simplified way. So, what is the more complete answer, and we can start with just one part today? Yes, Tom, I’m not sure how much of this you will get. Souls are complex beings as you might understand, and they are very powerful in their own right. But there are also other souls that you have not discovered yet. There are the souls of the plants and flowers, the fairies and leprechauns, even the rocks and trees all have some type of group soul. Yes, even the fish in the sea, and most importantly the souls of the whales and dolphins, which on a spiritual level or vibrational level, if you will, are more advanced than you. All of this comes into play and must be considered when you are talking about your higher self and soul groups. So more on this at a later time. I was able to learn later that your “oversoul” is simply your soul, which Theo was trying to get through my preconceived idea based on Jane Roberts’ books such as Oversoul 7.
