Those that exhausted all weeks of unemployment and have no income. 99 weeks was maximum, I, like most received approx 70 weeks. Like me, many over 50, pre-SS, hard to compete with 30 year olds for jobs, returned to school, then benefits weeks ran out, car breaking down & poverty wearing on us.

Wall Street took our IRA's so little savings left barely covers rent. I paid into unemployment insurance over 30 years, so I don't feel it's a handout. Would you ask your channel if Bill HR-589 has the strength to be approved? What else can I do? I thank the universe at all times for my abundance and give in all ways I can to others. I visualize it stamped with approval. How can I hurry it along? No income for 6 weeks now. I don't feel fearful, I know the universe will provide. Thank You.

Theo, what is the probability of Bill HR-589 passing in congress?

Yes, you know nothing of this bill Tom, so please understand that this bill has a 50/50 probability at this time of passing Tom. There is much opposition to it, so it is still undecided.

Everyone who has a problem with finding a job, don't forget to request a Most Benevolent Outcome for the PERFECT job for you, and then each time you go for a job interview, request a MBO for the results of the interview to be even better than you can hope for or expect.

David writes: I saw on your Facebook page, the following:

This is the first time I've seen you speak of using the 10th power when offering an MBO or BP. Is this something new? Does it somehow relate only to when you are speaking about Earth, or perhaps only in this specific application??

When I made up that Benevolent Prayer, I just sort of tossed that in there. But now that I have a question on it, I thought it better to ask Theo.

Theo, does saying a request for a BP or MBO to the 10th power assist the energy?

No more than a normal request said with enthusiasm Tom. This can be said as a focal point to increase the energy of the request, but is not needed unless you do not put any energy into the request.

Theo, Sue wishes to know if you are part of the Beings of the Illumined Truth, Company of Heaven?

No, Tom. That is a 3D idea of who we are and has no basis in fact. That message was given to a specific group of people whose belief systems are set up or formed to have that set of beliefs.

Theo has said before, and is in the Basic Questions for Theo series listed below in the section called SERIES that he was the first “golden light being” as they are called to sign up to be our GA’s, or as he says they like to be known as “Servants of the Creator.” He says the job description was, “Only golden light beings need apply.”

Becky writes: Tom, I was wondering if our pets, namely cats and dogs, have a chakra system like ours or similar to ours. If so, do they have the same colors and have the same spiritual energies that we as humans do. Thanks for your emails and your newsletter each week.

Theo, do our dogs and cats have a chakra system similar to humans, and if so what about the colors and energies?

Yes, Tom. I will say that they do have this in common with you, along with other animals. These are energy centers needed as part of your very lives—in fact they depend upon it.

I have told the story before that I had my “breakthrough” in communicating with spirit at a Dick Sutphen seminar in Sedona, Arizona. Richard also puts out a weekly newsletter and in last week’s edition had a good explanation about altered states. Here are some excerpts:

To make sure everyone is with me, I need to provide some basic background information. First, understand that an altered state of consciousness is also a way of saying hypnosis or deep meditation. No matter what you call an Alpha or Theta mind state, it amounts to the same thing -- slowing down the cycle-per-second-activity of your brain. You can do this naturally with meditation or self-hypnosis.

When you go to sleep at night, your mind slows down and you drift from Beta, down into Alpha, then Theta and eventually Delta. In the morning, as you awaken you come up through these states to return to Beta. Although, most people don't make it all the way back to Beta until they've finished their first cup of coffee. And if you, like me, spend a great deal of your day in alpha, you probably never fully return to Beta. This may or may not work for you. If you hold down a high-pressure job that requires assertiveness and knife-edge quick thinking, you may want to rethink purposely inducing an altered state for extended periods of time. For me, I like viewing life through mellow filters.

Brainwave activity is divided into four levels of cycle-per-second activity:

BETA: Full consciousness
ALPHA: Falling asleep at night
Awakening in the morning
A relaxed and highly-focused awakened state
Hypnosis / meditation
THETA: Early stages of sleep
Deep hypnosis /meditation
DELTA: Full sleep to deepest sleep.

If I may, I have a question for Theo. I have recently heard about the Trivedi Foundation and its leader, Guruji, who apparently has amazing healing abilities that he has performed in person and remotely, producing positive results at an atomic level. He and the foundation offer these "blessings" that seem expensive, but perhaps not if their claims are true. From what is told, the blessings (wish for happiness) assist the receivers with their connection to their purpose in life with clarity and thus will make them happy. I guess the result is a clear connection to one's higher self.

Is there any validity to these blessings and if so...1) Can you explain in any more depth what is happening during these blessings? and 2) What can each of us do to do this on our own, without the intervention of this powerful energy? I know a lot of people out there, myself included, are looking for clarity and are tired of making as many mistakes as we do and just want even a hint that we are pointed in the right direction (or not), without emptying our wallets in the process. Your thoughts on this matter are greatly appreciated.

What can you tell us about the Trivedi Foundation and its leader Guriji?

Yes, I think this is something for your readers to decide for themselves. Your reader already has some doubts regarding the money charged for services. So what do those doubts translate as in your body?

Now this is just a personal opinion and not from Theo. The fact that by requesting MBO’s and BP’s you are beginning to cocreate with spirit is very powerful in itself. It just might not appear that way when you’re requesting a MBO for some mundane event such as a parking spot. You are not giving your power away to someone else. You are very powerful—but many of you have been taught you are not.

Some of my subscribers who have been reading this newsletter for a long time might be surprised at how often I’m asked to have Theo converse with their own GA on some matter. But I understand that’s how many people have been programmed. You just have to understand that you have the “ear” of your own GA every second of the day. You don’t have to ask an intermediary to speak for you.

Theo, what really was the “alien abduction” filmed by the UK couple I believe they were?

I regret that this was not as what it appeared. Again, abductions have not been allowed under Federation Directive for some time now. This was again not as it seemed, and I will leave it to others to figure out how this was accomplished—but ingenious.

Theo, what are the amoeba or orb type objects seen floating in the footage of the STS-75 tether?

STS-75

Yes, these are as you describe them Tom—and not just dust particles. I will leave it to your scientists to discover more about these orbs in the future.

Some of them seem to look like jelly fish propelling themselves in water.

I just finished watching two recorded NOVA programs about the development of telescopes and what it’s opening up to our knowledge of the universe. So I thought I would ask some questions about galaxies and our exploration of them in the future.

Theo, did the Creator of the Milky Way galaxy, which we reside in, also create all the billions of other galaxies in this universe?

Quite so, Tom. I know you thought they might be other universes, but no, the Creator of this universe wanted variety, so it created billions of galaxies, which in the Federation of Planets are called universes.

So what are other universes called?

You do not have that word in your vocabulary yet Tom, and as universes has a definite meaning for you, we will leave that for the time being.

So speaking of the Federation of Planets how many galaxies have been explored by all the Federation members together?

Yes, naturally I knew this question would be asked Tom, and having checked, it does run into the thousands and hundreds of thousands, but certainly there are millions of galaxies which have yet to be explored even by the oldest and most advanced societies in the Federation, Tom.

You have previously told me that I would be a space pilot on one of the 17 earth star craft. So that means 16 came before. When was the first starship able to transverse the portals?

Yes, Tom, space travel through the portals had been going on for some time by the time your ship was constructed—actually well over two hundred years. The development at first went slowly, and then significantly picked up about 100 years before your birth during that 3400 time period. These are large ships Tom holding yes over 300 people, and they had to be very self-contained. It was a massive job to design, and your friendly ET’s were, or will be allowed to do only so much to assist you.

So wouldn’t it take several lifetimes to explore just one galaxy?

Quite so, if you were to try and explore each sun and each planet, but you will not. There will be devices to be able to pick up life o the planets around any of the stars and quick surveys can be made, so that you concentrate on only those which have populations. They after all, will have their own starships.

Naturally when you first go out to the stars you will be visiting all the members of the Federation, and those worlds will be an amazing adventure for you.

How will we be expected to explore the whole universe as part of the Explorer Race?

You will not be, Tom, as you will discover yes the differences, but also the many similarities to the point where you will know and understand the composition of most of the galaxies.

At what point will we be given access to the Federation libraries (however they exist) of knowledge?

Again, as we have spoken before Tom, they will only be allowed to spoon-feed you information, as you are supposed to reinvent the wheel as they say. So it will be quite a long time before you have carte blanche access to what they have learned. That does not mean they will withhold information about other worlds and galaxies. It just means they cannot give you information where there is the possibility of you learning something on your own and improving on what has been done before.

PETS

Theo, are our pets part of a group soul?

Yes that is correct. This soul has fragments of itself just as your soul does. These are all fragments—these animals—of one soul.

Are there separate souls for dogs and one for cats?

Yes, because of their interests--just as your soul when it was created--had immediately a certain set of interests.

So when we request that a dog reincarnates, are we getting that fragment of the soul, or do we just get another fragment?

You do get that same fragment if you request it Tom. Naturally I’m involved in that request and pass it along to the appropriate authorities, which is an amusing way of saying I ask that soul to allow that fragment to return to your lives. So as you can see now, that soul has millions of pieces of itself embodied at any particular minute of time, and to answer your question, it is the same soul providing all those fragments throughout all time. Amazing isn’t it?

Quite so. It’s hard to fathom or imagine that a soul can have that many lives on earth.

But it is so Tom. Again, that soul was attracted to this creation and offered to provide the fragments needed to be pets and certainly there were other souls for other types of animals involved too.

Will a dog soul fragment that returns to you bring the knowledge it learned in the last life?

Yes to a certain extent it does. The knowledge it learned in its previous life with you is buried in its instincts and will show up in this manner. It is not conscious knowledge, but deep-seated intuitive knowledge that your dog or other pet will have to draw upon. It will appear that your dog or pet is a fast learner due to this instinctive knowledge.

Can the same pieces of our pet’s soul show up in two different lives?

Yes at times they do, if there was a strong connection. When you are on the other side, you have the ability to petition the pet’s soul to ask for the same piece of itself to be ensouled in your next life. That happens fairly often you see, as there is a great love that you have for your animal friends. This is normally granted, as it makes your lives a little more comforting knowing that a beloved pet will rejoin you in an upcoming life.

(Several months later) Why is it that all the animal souls in Robert Shapiro’s book Animal Souls Speak (Light Technology) are individual souls and not group souls as you have described?

Ah, one of those quandaries Tom. They are group souls but the fragments are allowed if you will to communicate with Robert to give much heartfelt information to him and on to his readers. As you have noticed, it greatly changes your perception of those you call animals. But the root soul is a group soul, if you will, although certainly this group soul can be all the way in another universe. And yes, these fragments as I have said can return, although they are not required to if you ask for them again.

And again I would ask for clarification when someone asked me about animal souls.
So far Theo, in the chapters of Robert Shapiro’s Animal Souls Speak book they all appear to have individual souls or fragments—I’m not sure?

Yes, there are millions of fragments of whole souls Tom and for teaching purposes Robert was presented with the elders that are fragments of whole souls. If you were to go back to source though, you will find generally, but not always, a whole soul that is expressing itself through those beings or animals as they are on earth. It would be rare but not certainly unheard of for more than one soul to express itself with other souls on a planet. And don’t forget that there are souls that wish to have one or two lives there on a particular planet just as your soul does this throughout the universe for learning purposes. They are allowed and welcomed by the creature or person originator to have that experience. But the core soul if you will remains there and sends out fragments of itself to earth for those lives it lives here.

Have I lived a life as an animal before?

Yes of course you have Tom. Almost all the souls—human that is--on earth-- have had lives as animals sort as preparation for being humans here.

So how many of these animal lives have I had?

Not too many, but several shall we say.

Since most of the animals I thought you said were ensouled by one soul such as the dog soul or Garfield

cat soul, did I just go to them and say I would like to ensoul this animal?

Something like that. These souls understand the whole purpose of needing these, so it is quite easy to do. You’re just given a slot, so to speak.

Have we also had lives as trees or what else?

Yes you have ensouled a tree before Tom. Again these are all experiences needed to have a feel for the earth and an appreciation of its assets.

So Theo, do animals go through the same death process we do when they die?

That’s a good question Tom. Yes, in a way they do, although much less complex, as keep in mind that they know who they are. They were not veiled as you are. So yes, there are angels that assist these souls to the next level. And yes, there is a review of their lives, but really more of a review of their opinions on how they think humans are progressing—how they were treated and so on. For your readers Tom, I must remind them that animals are there to teach you and remind you of the differences in life and to help you prepare for your exploration of the stars. I will say that you have been making great strides of late, but of course you have a long way to go; but you are moving in the right direction. When you can treat animals – all animals with love and compassion and equality, then you will certainly be ready for the stars.

I highly recommend his book, as you will never look at those beings we call “animals” the same way again.

Stop Animal Abuse

Please explain the torturing and abuse of animals. What part of a contract does that play?

Again, this pertains to a life where the soul must act as a bad person. The animal souls that volunteered to be part of the teaching process of the souls having human lives understand that this must happen. It not only teaches the soul about animal abuse, but it also teaches other souls to have pity, revulsion, sympathy, and so on that are needed traits to learn during the human experience. Those that show great empathy for the plight of these animals do help to raise the vibrational rate of all humans, and the souls that volunteer to be the bad guys that do these horrible things know that they also must balance these actions out with future lives where they aid and assist such animal victims. Everything must balance out Tom-- everything.
