COSTA RICA VOLCANOES
Someone emailed me on this, but the email fell into the “twilight zone.”
 Gaia, what are the probabilities of the Turrialba volcano, or any other volcano in Costa Rica, erupting in the next 12 months?
There is activity beginning, but the probabilities for the next 12 months are fairly low. Let’s say less than 10 percent. This is an area to keep an eye on in the future, as the tectonic plates continue to move. As you have noticed, there have been a number of earthquakes on the western side of Central America and these will continue and even increase in the coming twelve months. This will include Costa Rica.
On the Eastern side of the mountains, life will continue to be fairly quiet and normal for the foreseeable future, with the exception of the two-foot rise in ocean levels causing numerous problems for anyone living in a lower lying beach area anywhere in the world.
OUTLOOK FOR CONFLICTS FOR USA
 Kathy writes: Thank you for the wonderful newsletter. I look so forward to them. I hear so much about war around the world, for which I say BPs, could you ask Theo for an update on any conflicts that will happen here in the USA in next five years? I feel we are so hated more now than before.

Gaia, what are the probabilities of the USA being involved in any conflicts, the size of the Iraq war, within the next five years?
The probabilities are that the USA will still be involved in Iraq and Afghanistan during this time period, but on a level that they are now where they are training Iraqi troops. These two areas will continue to be volatile during this time. But the good news is that through your diplomacy things will slowly get better should any conflicts arise. Syria will remain quite volatile during this period, but the USA will not have troops on the ground other than CIA people working behind the lines to arm rebel groups. No, not so different now is the highest probability—over 80%.
DOLPHINS BEACHING IN JAPAN
 Cynthia writes: Tom, is this a precursor to a large Japan earthquake? Or is it a way for these dolphins and whales to exit the earth? Thanks so much for all you do!

Gaia, why are many dolphins beaching in Japan?
There are a combination of factors, Tom. On a soul level, they wish to leave Earth. On a physical earth level, their signals were crossed causing them to beach themselves. It’s as if their radar reversed and what was north became south. There were conditions in the sea that caused this.
Did it have anything to do with underground earthquakes?
No, not directly, but with the sediment on the ocean floor which was toxic.
THE FIFTH FOCUS
 This question came from Trevor.
Gaia, can you explain exactly what is the fifth focus or dimension since, really, no one can see a physical difference? I know you have spoken before that we are lighter. Would this mean we somehow doubled in size?
Yes, in the fifth focus there are some physical changes, Tom—just not any you can prove. It is easier and will become much easier to accomplish things in the fifth focus. Yes, the ship arrived with everyone on it, but old energies die hard; and for a number of years more, yes, you will continue to see death, starvation, and wars, but they will slowly fade away. So for all appearances, you appear to yourselves as 3rd dimensional beings, but you are not. You’re at that 5.0 as we previously discussed. You will remain here for a fairly large number of years before you raise your vibrations and completely adjust to this level.
PRESIDENTIAL RACE UPDATE
The last time I asked about probabilities for the presidential hopefuls, I was  told Mrs. Clinton was at the 40th percentile and the three or so Republican names were at only 10% or so. Here is my latest question.
Gaia, there are now more people in the USA Presidential race with more to come—all it seems on the Republican side. Any change in the probabilities of Mrs. Clinton becoming President?
Yes, just a little, Tom. It’s risen just a tiny bit now that she had declared. This was not something that had not been decided on before, so there was less movement. On the Republican side, the crowded field (which we can see from their soul contracts) all have similar probabilities with the exception of one. That person has yet to announce. We suggest you come back after all of the hats are thrown into the ring for an update. You can then ask the probabilities for each candidate.
MORE QUESTIONS ON ATLANTIS & MU
 Really accomplished a lot this past week on the book. I’m in the middle of self-editing the chapters with the assistance of Helen in Hawaii. Theo says she was a trusted member of my staff back 200 years before the final or “third” destruction of the Atlantean islands when 25,000 of us migrated to Egypt and I had dealings with Ra Ta, an Egyptian priest that was one of the past lives of Edgar Cayce. I had to assure him we had no plans to take over their country as Atlanteans had done this in the past. I can actually see a light at the end of the tunnel to submit my manuscript to my publisher.
Here is a question from Helen.
Gaia, why didn’t the other Adam man and woman seedings around the world advance like the Atlanteans and Lemurians?
The obvious answer is that those two societies had additional help while others had to struggle along by themselves. Therein was one of the major reasons for agreeing on the Earth Directive. It was quite clear to those who have studied the histories of the seedings we are speaking of the ET scientists—how contributing knowledge before they were ready contributed to their destruction. The scientists who did not contribute knowledge to their seedings patted themselves on the back many times.
These questions will be included in a chapter of the book titled ANCIENT INDIA, so they’re included here.
Aravind writes: The first question is whether Krishna had supernatural abilities as depicted in the scriptures. How could he gauge everybody's past, present and future lives? Legend has it that Earth (Gaia) approached Vishnu to re-incarnate on Earth as Krishna - what did she ask, in what context?
Is Vishnu a being on a planet or an aspect of the Creator? (As you said previously, that ETs were mainly regarded as gods in Hinduism.)
When Krishna died, the ocean levels rose. Did it happen because Krishna died, or due to other factors?
Theo, did Krishna have the ability to view past and future lives during his life on Earth?
Yes, he did develop that ability as he had worked on that in previous lives. It was not his first rodeo shall we term it.
Is Vishnu an aspect of the Creator, an embellished human, or an ET?
Here we do get into religious beliefs , and we say allow whatever belief someone has about a higher power.
When Krishna died, it was reported that the oceans rose. Was that connected to one of the destructions?
That’s correct. His death was timed so that he would be connected to the Atlantean destruction.
MORE QUESTIONS FOR ANTURA
 Antura is my brother on another planet for my new readers, but is connected at the hip as he’s a member of my soul “cluster” as Theo says. He’s also had 800 lives on Earth so he’s really raised his vibrational level during those many lives. He’s back on our home water planet, and is part of a “first contact” team, contacting worlds offering future assistance. Laurie writes: I was wondering if the Grays/Zetas ever asked the Federation for help with their dying race/genetic dilemma. (If they did, were they refused? Why would the Grays go to the extreme of abducting Earth people if help could have been found or offered?)
Antura, did the Zeta/Grays ever ask the Federation of Planets for assistance with  their dying race, or was this so far back that an old group entered the space-time continuum before there was a Federation—or at least that they were aware of?
That is exactly the case, Tom. This was not a modern day Zeta group but one from far in their past that discovered Earth. It is hard for you thinking in 3D terms to understand, but because this space-time continuum has been in existence for millions of Earth years and even well over one million universal years, anyone from any time period could enter at any point in your history. They just happened to choose the late 20th century.
So, no, they did not consult the Federation because at the time there was none, nor was there any knowledge of he Federation scientists having developed the Adam man and woman. As you were told previously, your souls allowed them to contact and abduct people not realizing the problems it would create for their soul fragments. Then the Federation stepped in and forbade any more abductions and offered assistance, but by that time they had created their hybrids themselves.

This was caused, Tom, not by ETs but by a Russian test. It was not announced to the public. More will be learned about this in the future.
 Mantej writes: An airline passenger filmed three strange UFO orbs over Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
Who were they?

Antura, what were the three UFOs seen out of the plane window over Atlanta, Georgia? They were not CGI, were they?
No, as you guessed from seeing others in previous videos, these were robotic craft where the ET operator was taking readings and was allowed to show themselves. It is all part of our ramping up to have many more sightings in the coming months.
MBOS FOR COP STOP & BUSINESS

 Nancy writes: I have a few MBO stories to share. I was stopped by a cop two blocks from my home one night as I was coming home from work. I couldn't think of any reason why I should have been stopped, so I asked him why he stopped me. He replied that I had a brake light out. So he took all of my info and returned to his patrol car. I was NOT happy, and then I remembered to say an MBO. He was gone a really, really long time. Then he came back and returned my info and said to just get it fixed. No ticket! I was so happy! MBOs to the rescue again!
Another thing I have been doing is for the store where I work. As a result of upheavals and a lack of leadership, until Oct. 2014, the store typically didn't meet its daily financial goals. So I started saying MBOs for us to meet or exceed our financial goals, and we are doing SO much  better! However, we don't do as well when I forget to say them. Just goes to show you how wonderful they can be! I've been sharing the info on how to do them at work, and a few other people have started doing them too, which has got to help.
I also said an MBO for my friend, Maria, who just had breast cancer surgery yesterday. The initial report was that it had not spread to her lymph nodes, although we'll know more in two weeks. I posted a request for others to say MBOs for her on your Facebook page, and some people did that. I want to thank everyone who helped her with their MBOs!!!

MBO FOR EMERGENCY ROOM VISIT
Pamela writes: Last week, I ended up in the emergency room with pain beyond belief. I was told that I had grapefruit-sized masses on my ovaries and the right one had twisted and turned. They were sure it was cancer. I kept telling them I didn't have cancer. The hospital in Cottonwood messed up every chance they got. They were transferring patients out of there for everything. At 1 or 1:30 pm, they found the doctor for me, but it took them until 10:30pm for an ambulance to take me to Glendale.
 I right away said MBOs for the right doctor, right hospital and nurses and everyone involved to be the very best and that it wasn't cancer and I would heal far better and faster than anyone could ever expect. All of my prayers were answered. While I was in Arrowhead Hospital in Glendale, AZ, when I closed my eyes I would see a long twisting wire with many different colored lights on it and they were all blinking. Was this my guardian angels working on my body? I found it fascinating and felt my angels were helping me.
I talked to one of the nurses about MBO's when I was leaving and told him to ask for what he wanted. There was a chance he might have to leave and he didn't want to. I helped him with the wording and blessed him as I left. I have since said a BP for him.
It sounds as if Pamela’s GA was working on her DNA strand.
WEIGHTLIFTING AND SUPPLEMENTS
Gaia, is weightlifting all right and beneficial in moderation?
 Yes, moderation is the key as for one body type, let’s say, it is quite beneficial, where for another body type it could be harmful in the long run. Each person, we keep reminding you, is different, so the old saying “one glove does not fit all” applies.
GENERALLY for those in urban settings where you do not get enough exercise, it can be beneficial if done along with other forms of exercise such as ellipticals, walking machines, and, yes, exercise such as your Zumba, Pilates, and especially yoga. All of these will help your body to stay healthy and fit. We understand there are people exploring the limits of their bodies in weightlifting, but this can be harmful over time.
Moderating your eating habits would be one of the best suggestions we can suggest. Stay away from the junk food and sodas. You do that and your body will respond in a positive way. There are chemicals contained in all these that are addictive. And to stop eating and drinking these you’ll have withdrawal feeling and desires.
Is the supplement creatine monohydrate OK to ingest?
Here we cannot advise, Tom, as for some people it is and for others not. Request MBOs to take the correct vitamins and supplements for your body. You will be led to the best ones for you to ingest. Each body is different, so each body has different needs. In the future, you will have tests that will design the appropriate intake of vitamins and supplements according to your DNA. This will be several years in the future. Science has yet to catch up with the benefits of taking vitamins. This is not helped as Big Pharma wants you to take drugs, and you need less drugs or no drugs at all when you have a healthy intake of vitamins and supplements and exercise on a steady basis.
KING TUT
These questions came from Mantej in the UK.
 Theo, what can you tell us about the soul contract of King Tut?
Yes the “boy king” as he is known. His soul contract then was to experience the life as a king of people. This had to be balanced as a subject of a king in a future life and experience the good and bad of servicing a king. His soul has an interest in politics and governing, and he has had many lives in a variety of positions in that area.
How was he as a king during his reign in Egypt?
He was average—pretty well in the middle of the road, so he was not despised.
Did he have any contact with ETs?
No, this was after the Earth Directive, so he had no contacts.
How did he die?
It was not a violent death. He had internal problems that the priests were unable to treat.
Why did he disappear from history until his tomb was discovered?
Because he was not a vicious ruler, nor did he have great accomplishments to be written about.
Is he incarnated now?
No, not at this time. It will be a number of years before his next round on Earth.
LOS CRUCES, NM & TUCSON, AZ
 These questions came from Pam in Arizona.
Theo, what is the future for Los Cruces, New Mexico? Will it continue to grow and prosper?
Slow growth, Tom, as it is not a bustling city as is Albuquerque.
What about the water supply for Tucson, Arizona? Will it remain sufficient for their needs?
They will need to conserve their resources for the next few years, Tom, as the drought conditions will not go away soon. Yet, they will receive more precipitation than they are at the present time. As you were told by Gaia before, she wants to increase the precipitation. This will come in time.
FACIAL TEMPLATES
Jen writes: I remember Gaia telling you that there are about 500 different face types or templates that are used for Earth humans. If we're here for 600-800+ lives, do we have lives with all of the different face templates?
 Thanks! Great newsletter by the way - I was really touched by the story of the boys and the vet.
Theo, as there are a set number of facial templates I was told before (approximately 150), will we, during our on average 600 to 800 lives on Earth, use every facial template?
Good question. Yes, you will use every facial template and yet there might be a favorite or two you use multiple times. This is not always possible,
It all depends upon the genetics of the parents as you would guess, but because you have lives in various time periods and on different continents, you are able to use every one of the facial templates.
LETTER FROM A READER
Catherine writes: I was inspired to check out your Facebook page, I noted your request encouraging newsletter readers to post inspirational stories to encourage other readers on our journeys.
Years of reading the newsletter has gifted me the knowledge that any issue of the newsletter may offer up an experience calling forth a release or embrace.
 I will be merrily reading along when Wham! Pow! Yikes! Holy Newsletter! I will find myself in tears, sobbing away as my soul recognizes responses to a reader's question from Theo, Gaia, Antura or Adama. This week, it was this sentence fragment which prompted tears:
"...so that the ET scientists did not have to wait in real time, we’ll term it, but could hop from the creation every 100 years or so to see what was working and not working."
I no longer think, "Oh, I was this, I was that; how cool ... or, ugh, how awful!" This life is too short to cling to either "the good, the bad, the ugly or the beautiful." Now, I simply stop reading, pause, slowly inhale and exhale (very important), allow, allow and allow some more whatever is coming forward to be released, let the tears flow, sip some water, thank Team Catherine, thank the Joy Guides, thank my Higher Self and thank God ... and read on.
The message to my fellow newsletter readers is this: Read with the intention of opening to what may be calling forward for release. You have a smart soul, folks! It will literally lay something out on your doorstep or your IN box! We have been and will be "all things." Hero, saint, shooter, pilot, thief, tribesman, parent, etc., etc. And, what was, was. Allow your emotions, release patiently and thoroughly (read the sentence until there is no longer a "charge") and let it go, already! Oh, gosh, how much better I feel and how much more deeply and authentically I am living!
Reader, you know, without doubt, your soul courageously volunteered for this experience in the 21st Century timeline as a part of the Explorer Race. (Hint: As did your neighbor, parent, co-worker, sister, customer, teacher and lover.) Live from the knowing that what you say or do today, you may have to live out (or are living out...) and balance in another life. Use the gift to enrich your song and dance your dance by saying aloud the Daily Prayer, trust in the impeccable timing of the results of your heartfelt MBOs and BPs.
